Hand reflexology is invaluable in a reflexology practice.  It is so versatile and easy to

apply, merely a matter of holding someone’s hand.

There are often occasions when it is the preferred treatment;

¨                                                               Foot reflexology is not possible

¨                                                               Helpful for head and neck problems

¨                                                               For carpal tunnel syndrome

¨                                                               Hand exercises to work on between reflexology sessions

This workshop is a one day introduction to Hand Reflexology.

There will be an orientation from feet to hands followed by a practical hand reflexology

sequence.  We will discuss anatomical movement terminology which describes movement

of the limbs either side of the joints. A workbook will be provided and an opportunity

for recognition of competency.
